The mechanic and the little white spacer.

Well, i finally had tot ake my bike to the shop to get a problem with the starter relay and/or electrical system fixed, and tuneup an dshit. Anyway I figured i have him clean out the carb and remove that little white spacer . . I explain it to the guy and he tells me that taking that white spacer out would make it run leaner, the opposite of what i've heard on thsi forum . . . .

I told him to do it anyway . . he is the only mechanic for a mid sized bike shop that does Suzuki and kawasaki work . . . . .

should I be worried?
